Our Strengths

ROC-DRILL’S project management approach to each hole is based on utilising highly trained, competent personnel and is key to the company’s consistent results. To achieve competency, a Roc-Drill operator must meet both technical competency and, importantly, behavioural competency.

Each operator is individually assessed and a report developed on their performance. To be deemed competent, Roc-Drill operators need to be able to work within the drilling team and meet safety, equipment and production targets. Training and competency assessment is ongoing.

We have a SafeQualityWork management system that drives every stage of our work
to the benchmarks of these international standards:

Occupational Health & Safety – ISO 18001
Risk Management – ISO 13000
Quality Assurance – ISO 9001
Environmental Management – ISO 14001

Roc-Drill brings together a team of project managers and the best skilled tradesman appropriate to the needs of your project. Whilst our systems monitor and manage team performances, these people provide the expertise and guidance that ensures that everything works on the job.
